Description

Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs are irresistibly crispy bites filled with creamy cheese and fluffy potatoes, perfect for appetizers or snacks that will wow your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the puffs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
