Description

Cheesy Sausage Egg Breakfast Sliders are a delightful combination of fluffy buns, savory sausage, and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or a quick breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned.
  3. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the skillet, and scramble until fully cooked. Fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Slice slider buns in half; place bottoms on a baking sheet and fill each with the sausage-egg-cheese mixture.
  5. Melt butter and brush over top buns; place them on the sliders.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
