- 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
