Description

Chicken Hashbrown Casserole is a creamy, cheesy delight featuring tender chicken and crispy hashbrowns, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
