  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 4 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)

  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)
  • 2 sheets nori seaweed

Instructions

  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
