- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add shrimp, cooking until pink (about 3 minutes).
- Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine sliced chicken and drained fettuccine in the skillet, tossing gently with reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
