  • 1 cup sour cream or vegan alternative

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta or rice (egg noodles or gluten-free)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta or rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
