Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogi
  • 12 oz turkey kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried dill

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the crockpot. Top with half the onions and half the turkey kielbasa.
  3. Spread half the cream of mushroom soup over the layers, followed by dollops of half of the sour cream. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dill.
  4. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot, drizzling any extra cheese sauce over each portion.
