  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus, chopped
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
