  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Set up a breading station: combine flour and salt in one bowl, beat eggs in another, and place panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  4. Dip each floret in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey until smooth; adjust spice level if desired.
  7. Drizzle sauce over baked cauliflower and garnish with chopped green onions.
