  • 2 spring onions (finely chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Create the Batter: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and enough water to create a thick batter.
  3. 3. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the batter and shake off excess.
  4. 4. Fry Until Golden: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry coated florets in batches until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
