- 24 frozen dinner rolls
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Thaw frozen dinner rolls at room temperature for about 1 hour until soft but not fully risen.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over the thawed rolls, gently tossing to coat.
- Grease the crockpot insert with nonstick spray. Layer half of the coated rolls in the bottom.
- Pour remaining garlic butter mixture over the second layer of rolls and sprinkle leftover parmesan on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until golden brown and gooey.
