  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan with nonstick spray.
  2. For the crust, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
