- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in cumin and chili powder.
- Mix half of the cheese into the beef mixture until melted.
- Warm tortillas slightly, then spoon beef mixture down the center, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled burritos on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
