  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on one half of each tortilla; sprinkle blueberries over it.
  4. Fold the tortillas in half and melt butter in the skillet.
