  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the onion, mincing the garlic, and cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
