- 8 soft flour tortillas

- 1 can enchilada sauce (red or green)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic for about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in cumin and chili powder until well combined.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
