  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering them on the counter.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the long-grain white rice and toast it for about 2 minutes until slightly golden.
