  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add the chicken. Sear each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth while scraping up any brown bits from the bottom.
  3. 3. Stir in egg noodles directly into the skillet. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente.
  4. 4. Lower heat and mix in remaining butter until melted. Toss in chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
