  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and fit the pie crust into a pie pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; toss gently.
  3. Pour the berry mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Optionally create a lattice topping with leftover dough arranged in a flag pattern.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden and juices are bubbling.
