Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Green onions
  • Minced garlic
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the dip, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.
