Description

Easter Swirl Pie is a festive, colorful dessert that combines creamy fruit flavors and vibrant swirls, making it the perfect centerpiece for your spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 68 drops gel food coloring (various colors)
  • 1/2 cup fruit preserves (raspberry or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Divide the filling into separate bowls and mix in gel food coloring to achieve desired shades.
  5. Pour dollops of each colored mixture into the pie crust and gently swirl using a skewer or knife.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
