- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 6–8 drops gel food coloring (various colors)
- 1/2 cup fruit preserves (raspberry or strawberry)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract until combined.
- Divide the filling into separate bowls and mix in gel food coloring to achieve desired shades.
- Pour dollops of each colored mixture into the pie crust and gently swirl using a skewer or knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
