  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and clean the grates.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. While the grill heats up, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
