  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix (cornbread or herb)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients by finely chopping the onions and celery.
  2. (Optional) Sear chicken breasts in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chopped vegetables and seasonings. Add chicken broth until moist but not soggy.
