- 1 package (3 oz) white jello (coconut or vanilla)
- 1 package (3 oz) blue jello (berry blast or blue raspberry)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh berries for garnish (strawberries and blueberries)
Instructions
- Prepare the red layer: Boil 2 cups of water, mix in red jello until dissolved, then pour into clear cups filling one-third full. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Prepare the white layer: Repeat boiling process with white jello, adding 1 cup cold water after dissolving. Once red layer is set, carefully pour white jello on top. Refrigerate for another 2 hours.
- Prepare the blue layer: Mix blue jello with boiling water as before and pour over the white layer once set. Chill again until firm.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh berries.
