  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Veggies: While the steak rests, chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil and lemon juice.
