  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. While cooling, chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
