Instructions
- Rinse and drain the black beans and corn. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the red onion, and chop the cilantro.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Stir well to mix.
- Add lime juice and olive oil to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper; toss gently until coated.
