- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and half the sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually add heavy cream while mixing; then incorporate cocoa powder and remaining sugar.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries and water. Cook until blueberries burst (about 5 minutes).
- Layer half of the cheesecake filling over the crust; add half of the blueberry mixture on top. Add remaining filling and top with more blueberries.
