Description

Dark Chocolate Tahini Truffles are indulgent bites that combine the rich flavors of dark chocolate with the nutty creaminess of tahini. Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in tahini and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and sea salt; mix until smooth.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Scoop out portions using a melon baller, rolling them into balls with your hands.
  6. Optionally, roll each truffle in cocoa powder or crushed nuts before serving.
