Description

Protein Cheesecake is a deliciously creamy, guilt-free dessert that transforms traditional cheesecake into a protein-packed indulgence. With its light texture and rich flavors, this cheesecake is perfect for any occasion—whether you’re hosting a party or enjoying a quiet night in. Easy to prepare and customizable with your favorite toppings, each slice delivers satisfaction without the calories.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers mixed with 3 tbsp melted butter for crust (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. If using the crust, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add protein powder, honey/maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until silky.
  4. Pour filling over the crust (or directly into greased pan) and bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool inside for about an hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
