Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and salt until combined.
  4. Let cool slightly; whisk in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups until half full.
  6. Add a dollop of marshmallow fluff on top of each and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Cool slightly before serving.
