Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in hot cocoa mix if desired.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; mix in crushed candy canes.
