- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold in flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until creamy; then mix in one egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, pour over the cheesecake mixture, and add dollops of the remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Scatter raspberries on top and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
