- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until translucent (3–4 minutes).
- Add spinach and cook until wilted (2–3 minutes). Stir in marinara sauce and herbs; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, dollops of ricotta, and repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle Parmesan on top, and bake uncovered for another 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
