  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. When the rice is al dente (about 15-20 minutes), toss in shrimp and frozen peas. Stir until shrimp turns pink and peas are heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper to taste.
