Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops by whisking together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Pour over the pork chops in a sealable bag or bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  3. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), flipping halfway through.
  5. If desired, brush additional marinade on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
