- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops by whisking together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Pour over the pork chops in a sealable bag or bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), flipping halfway through.
