- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs approximately two inches in diameter and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce generously over the meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Let rest for five minutes before serving.
