  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; blend until creamy.
  3. Mash bananas in another bowl and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the banana mixture over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
