  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Clear your kitchen counter and gather all ingredients.
  2. Crush the Butterfinger bars into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a zip-top bag.
  3. In a large bowl, combine crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, and powdered sugar; mix until dough-like.
  4. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth; stir well between heats.
