- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour and sugar, then cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press mixture into tart pans and chill for 30 minutes.

- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until steaming. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
