- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese. Gradually mix in reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with drained pasta. Pour egg mixture over everything while stirring quickly to coat the pasta evenly.
