Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping jalapeños and green onions.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place a spring roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Spoon in about 2 tablespoons of the filling near one corner. Fold over the corner tightly, tuck in the sides, and roll up snugly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering (around 350°F).
- Fry rolls for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
