Description

Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are an irresistible blend of flaky pastry and creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for brunch or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll from the wide end to the tip to form crescent shapes and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Place on the baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
