- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll from the wide end to the tip to form crescent shapes and pinch edges to seal.
- Place on the baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
