  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet; cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice chicken into strips.
  6. Lay tortilla flat; add sliced chicken and top generously with shredded cheese.
  7. Roll tortillas tightly around the filling, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  8. Place wraps seam-side down in the baking dish; bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
