Description

These roll-ups are filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, all wrapped in low-carb tortillas for a crunchy, cheesy treat.   • 4 low-carb tortillas (almond or coconut flour)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place each tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over them.
