Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and pierce potatoes multiple times with a fork.
- Bake potatoes directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet for 45-60 minutes until tender.

- Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
