- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
