  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, sauté until golden brown and cooked through (6-7 minutes per side). Let cool slightly before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish; top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
