- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Fold in mango puree, sour cream, lime juice, and zest gently.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water; mix into the filling.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from pan, garnish with fresh mango slices or whipped cream, and serve chilled.
