  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 medium apples, diced

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
