Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (7-10 lb) Bone-In Ham
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • Whole Cloves (for studding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Score the ham in a diamond pattern to enhance flavor absorption.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  3. Brush half of the glaze over the scored ham generously.
  4. Place ham on a roasting rack in a large pan and roast for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
  5. Allow the ham to rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing to keep it moist.
  6. Serve slices on a platter with your favorite sides.
